The Two Island 5K- Race #5 of 5
This race is the perfect combo of medium distance and a smidge of technicality to round out our 5-race season and declare a champion. Whether you have been to all our races or none, please join us for the two island 5K! Beach start/beach finish, a few buoys to add in your tech skills and two islands to navigate around. Add in the main channel for some wind and chop and you have yourself a battle! Last year Michael Booth set a course record, let’s see what you can do in 2024!
$600 cash purse for top 3 male and female paddlers of this race! Overall series awards on the beach!

All participants will receive finisher medals each race and a special award for all who make the podium. Top 3 Competitive Male & Female winners get cash prizes. Sign up for 3 races and get your Goat Boater Race Series T-Shirt! Complete up to 3 races and be eligible for our big awards at the end of the season championships. Racers will accumulate points based on a relative scoring ratio, tracked by our good friends at 'The Canadian Paddle League.' Racers will be tracked all season long in both male and female categories. Total cumulative points win the season! 5 Bonus points for anyone who completes all 5 races!
After each race:
Starboard, Infinity & Black Project SUP, fin, paddle & board demos on the beach. Demos provided by The Goat Boater. Lunch, drinks & fun at Model A Brewing https://modelabrewing.com/grub/ (just down the road).
